Identified -
The issue has been identified and is related to the Cloud Solution team, specifically involving the S3 bucket configuration. This is currently impacting File Upload Questions only. We have escalated this to their team and are awaiting a resolution on their side. This is outside of our control, but we are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
